In 2007, the LHRC established an innovative mechanism/system called Watch Panels to complement its advocacy efforts and attain maximum coverage of national issues and share them with the rest of the society for popular participation.

The Watch Panels highlight the issues of transparency and accountability in the government, elections, Corporate, the parliament and judiciary sectors.
