To promote the executive and the organization in general while making sure that the Centre  produces superior  products and  provides  quality services which live up to stakeholders’ expectations.

The OD Unit reviews programs and activities regularly to ensure efficient.  In addition, the Unit  critically observes the organizational practices, policies and regulations to ensure that they provide sound, comprehensive and engaging guidelines that will make the Centre achieve its goals.
