The Election Watch Unit is current under operational. The team has ever since its establishment in June 2009 been involved into providing civic and voters’ education to paralegals, human rights monitor as well as law enforcers. Notably, the Election Watch Unit has been given the mandate to monitor the Local Government Elections in the country.
